Replaces Toro 131-4529, 131-4509, 121-5763, 125-2532, 126-0316, 131-4506, aftermarket-ref CarpowerEngine 131-4529, RMT TM30-PK. Kit contents: 2-3× cold-rolled steel pulleys (main drive sheave + guide/idler), hardened shoulder bolts, lock nuts, flat washers, retainer clip, ~1.5-2.0lb. Match old kit tag 131-4529​ before order.

  • Fixes Belt Jump-Off, Slipping Self-Propel & Pulley Cracks Resolves deck-drive faults: belt walks off the sheave at engagement, self-propel loses power uphill, pulleys crack at the hub from impact, bearing seizes and squeals, blades slow under load. Worn pulley diameter changes belt tension geometry — new steel sheaves restore correct wrap angle and tension. Test old: spin pulley by hand, any notch in the V-groove or radial crack = replace; belt off-track twice = kit job, not belt-only.
  • Bolt to Deck Left/Rear Bracket, Reuse Toro Belt Path Disconnect spark plug lead first, tip deck, photo old belt routing, loosen belt, remove 2 pulley bolts, lift old pulleys + spacers, seat new pulleys on original shafts with supplied washers in same stack order, torque shoulder bolts to Toro manual (~40 N·m), reroute original belt (or new belt if worn), check guide pulley alignment with straightedge, reconnect plug. Critical:​ this kit is 30″ TimeMaster/TurfMaster deck drive layout​ — if your mower is 21″/22″ Toro home model, Z-Master zero-turn, or non-Toro 30″ deck, different pulley spacing, not this SKU.
