  • Heat Transfer Application Instructions: Preheat your garment for 5–7 seconds to remove moisture, then place the transfer design face up and centered on the garment. Press at 300–325°F (150–160°C) for 10–15 seconds with firm, even pressure. If you do not have a heat press, you may use a household iron on the highest setting. Allow the transfer to cool for 5–10 seconds, then peel slowly. For extra durability, cover the design with parchment paper and press again for 5 seconds.
